We waited for around 20 minutes under the hot sun, with no shade or shelter in the waiting area. The only shaded area was where the staff were standing. The line was barely moving, which made the wait even more frustrating. By the time we finally got through, we were all sweaty and uncomfortable. Honestly, it was not worth the wait, especially given the lack of shade and the slow-moving line.
