Their website and app are some of the worst banking interfaces I have used. Not easy to use and they love the glitch.
The loans department is very unprofessional. They made it so difficult to make my car payment. They would lock my account so I had to mail them a money order every month to pay my car payment. It was so bad that I traded in my car and am now paying a higher interest loan just so I don’t have to deal with them any more.
It is a great credit union although I don’t live in Atlanta I live in California I just had to open up an account and become a members at this credit union taking advantage of their online banking Coca Cola credit union 🥤
Took over 3 weeks and multiple phone calls to get my car title verified as paid off and released. Payoff happened 8 years ago. Nothing but excuses!
