Coca-Cola of Northern New England replaced a broken water cooler at our family owned business in a mall with this 3 foot shorter and narrower water after SIX MONTHS of calls requesting a replacement and requesting an identical size (standard size) water cooler to sell Coke products such as Dasani bottled water. Disappointed does not even come close to describing my six month experience and this afternoon’s replacement water cooler from a global corporation that I’ve been doing business with for nearly fifteen years.

They can improve by closing up shop and not selling poison to stupid humans. The only use I've ever had for this yak piss is to remove rust from bicycle frames and corrotion from car batteries...if it can do that why would anyone want to put it in their body??
The service since CC of NNE took over has been abysmal. Product is constantly our of stock, delivery days are limited and often don't come when they're supposed to, and there's no reasonable means of communication with the company. We're a simple account and I can't place an order without calling or "chatting" to get the delivery date moved up from 3 weeks away.
