Machines are broken down at both properties. Our representative Chris said he was going to come see me twice to take care of the issue and never showed up. He also stated we would get new machines. We got one and they put in the wrong building. Tried calling and was hung up on three times. I want all the machines gone. It’s more of a hassle than a convenience.
Truckers: Super nice people. If you're driving a 53-ft trailer, you're probably going to stick out in the street a little bit when you first get to the gate. There's a high button on your left. When you pull in, go to the left and the shipping receiving office will be on your right. I didn't have to move my tandems but I usually do so, it's a smoother experience for the warehouse personnel and for the trailer. Restroom availability. In-N-Out pretty quickly, but I was the only one there 0720.
Took 1 hour to get unloaded
Once we were finally able to sort the miscommunications between dispatch and incorrect driver information, Taylor was great!! Hooked Tatanka Cafe up with CO2 and scheduled to stop every 2 weeks!! Great job Taylor!!!
