I arrived at 7:58 AM and waited for a dock for over 2.5 hours. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, but three trucks that arrived after me were taken ahead of me. When I asked the staff, they said they were still taking the 9:00 AM appointments first. Very confusing and poorly organized. Drivers should expect a long wait here.
