Overnight parking on the outside. Appt 12pm but they are slow to unload. Been in my door for 3 hours.
Arrived late because of accidents and fuel pump not working requiring additional time and a stop. I arrived b4 3pm cutoff and was turned away. I got a new appointment that was given after hours and missed because broker never promply told dispatch or the driver. Waited an additional 4hrs now and havent been worked in b4 another truck. On street parking availible but no accomendations given. I would avoid deliveries here if the appointment times cant be met.
The lady named Cindy is a bitter person that needs professional help. It’s unthinkable that she is a in a position of customer service, in a company like Coca Cola. Maybe she can get advice from the staff that’s outside of her office, they all are super nice, professional and friendly.
