Horrible Customer Service, and accounts settlement. Been with SCC, USA for a little over 2 years. They pressed us for this account, and promised the "moon". Sadly, about 6-8 months ago, they made a corporate change, no more "sales reps" all orders online, no account rectification on erroneous orders, and one of the most poorly run communicatative/customer service departments in the Cola Business.
