The Sherlock team was great to work with as first time homebuyers. We had no idea what we were doing but Coby and team were clear with what was a needed and we got updates every Tuesday which was so nice and comforting to know we hadn't been forgotten. The customer service and efficiency was appreciated, and we were even able to move up our closing date and make some last minute changes to our loan. The Sherlock team didn't miss a step and have followed up since, great service!
Coby and his team provided me with the best service possible. I had a tricky situation and was previously denied by another lender but Coby was able to help me out and he did it very quickly!
