I am a resident out here presently and recently submitted a request for three repairs. I was genuinely impressed by how quickly everything was handled. The maintenance staff were not only efficient but also incredibly respectful and courteous. It's refreshing to see such professionalism and prompt service. I'm very happy with the experience.
Lived in the community for 4 years, Quite and good neighbors, management try's to help when they can, I read some of the reviews on here and see most of the complaints are coming from people that don't follow the rules or read their lease on what they are responsible for. Sure I have gotten notices for a few things but that's the parks job if they did not send out notices this place would look like a dump but instead its clean and safe for my kids.
