Got my order wrong 3 times, sent the delivery to my billing address instead of the shipping address, fair prices but their archaic MS DOS computer system is nearly impossible for most of their employees which is making purchasing anything from them a toss up if the right stuff will be delivered. After having trouble with an end cap, I called purchasing and they insisted I was installing it wrong....
