Great service and they fixed my problem expertly. Kept me informed and made sure we will be safe in our new home
Got my order wrong 3 times, sent the delivery to my billing address instead of the shipping address, fair prices but their archaic MS DOS computer system is nearly impossible for most of their employees which is making purchasing anything from them a toss up if the right stuff will be delivered. After having trouble with an end cap, I called purchasing and they insisted I was installing it wrong.... Only to find out he was test fitting the cap onto the wrong pipe compared to what they had shipped. They shipped damaged mercha... read more
