You do YEARS of business with them only for them to be negligent, allow people you don’t know (and apparently they don’t either) to charge things to your account without a signature, then expect you to pay the balance or they threaten to close your account. I would be so embarrassed if my company was run this way. Especially having the audacity to accuse such a hardworking and honest individual. Repulsive and extremely unprofessional behavior.
People are idiots...I stood there waiting while the lady wouldn't shut up and get off her personal phone call on her cell. Rude as hell.
