Hilarious novelty store! Nobody answers the phone. Ever.
A technician ordered me a generator from this company and when the delivery guy came to my door. I reviewed the paperwork and he said they can only accept cash! How on earth keep thousands of dollars in their house at this time and age!? I spoke to someone who says he’s the manager, and said they don’t accept Zelle or check, and he can’t take credit card payments on the phone. The only option is paying cash for a product worth thousands of dollars! That’s a shame! I wouldn’t want to do anything with such company.
