Kirby helped us to sort out our property and vehicle insurance when we were moving from Kitchener to Mount Forest. Coburn Insurance is an absolute nightmare. They will happily take your money but completely abandon you when it comes time to file a claim. They dragged my claim out for months, giving excuse after excuse, making me jump through endless hoops, only to deny it in the end.
