Horrible customer service. Consistently requested to speak with a supervisor, "Jeff," who would forward my transferred call to voicemail, which was full. I would be transferred to an unavailable number. They could not answer why my bill was higher than the agreed payment on the upgrade, and would not help. Then I cancelled the service (recorded the phone call) only to have a technician/installer knocking on my door to try and upgrade my internet. I try not to leave reviews like this BUT - absolute worst service I've almost ever received. It took weeks with no internet to get an install, I was not given the proper info, and now I have been waiting (still waiting) 3 months for a refund. I've had to send them my bank statements and I've talked to 3 people so far. What a pain. Xfinity helped me and got me set up in 24 hours.
They never sent us a new internet box
I never leave reviews like this... but this is the worst internet provider I’ve ever had. They aggressively throttle access at the end of every month and provide no options to solve this recurring speed issue. It’s a pandemic, many work from home. I just spent another morning (4 hours total) being transferred between departments. At one point, the rep told me she had no record of my account. Now they’re sending a tech out in three days for an issue that doesn’t exist. They’re just throttling my access. Truly awful business p... read more
