I'm unhappy with my experience here. Not at all with the actual psychiatrist I was seeing but with the reception team who was on roster last year. I previously requested to get a copy of my diagnosis and medical history (my legal right) and they refused unless if I paid $300+ for another appointment. I've been coming to Coburg Specialist Centre for years now, and I still return regularly because of the consistently excellent care and service. Ksenia and the staff are always professional, kind, and genuinely supportive, making every visit feel comfortable and well-organised.
