I rang to book an appt today in the morning receptionist could not even speak english I asked her 3 times to repeat what she was saying I gave up and booked online a telehealth appt for 4pm it's almost 7pm still no phone call I rang the clinic at approx at 5pm asking about my appt i had also asked if they have the right contact number receptionist said yes I will follow it up still no phone call so I rang again approx 6pm spoke to same male receptionist he said they have called you on the wrong number ...not happy its the re... read more
Reception are useless Need results sent over from another doctors which requires an entire appointment just to do the request

This centre is incompetent, rude and racist.
Rubish customer service by the staff and terribly long wait time. Someone need to take the notice seriously. After Dr Satya inumala leaving it’s full of stupidity.😡😡😡😡😡😡
