I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company. Even though this happened two years ago, I still feel it should be reported because of how poorly I was treated. When I went to return the rental car, the problems started. The staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. You can’t do business with people like this. They always do the opposite of what they say. You should always be wary of people who constantly have the word God on their lips. They tell you there’s a car available on Saturday and say to go pick it up, then postpone it to Tuesday. I go on Tuesday and they tell me the car has been given to someone else. Even if people without moral principles are skilled with their hands, what good is it?
