So disappointed by the practices I encountered at your Coburg Jewellery Store on May 9th 24. The owner's conduct was nothing short of deceitful, and I refuse to stay silent. I asked for a quote for a battery replacement for my Longines watch and to repair my husband's gold chain. The owner quoted me $30 for the battery and $85 to fix 2 links on his chain telling me gold costs and arm and leg. I said ok.
