The instructors are inspiring and motivational! Great variety of group workout classes.

There is a simple and straightforward schedule with a diverse rotation of wonderful classes with engaged, committed instructors. It's set up so you can go at the same time each day and get a different class, or go to various times and repeat the same style of class (HIIT, Barre, dance-fitness, strength training, etc.).
