I came here for my treatment during my piles, i had an abscess and i had all the symptoms of an abscess, I told the doctor so I could confirm, he surely told me no its not abcess even saw my ultrasound report (that he suggested) still told me its some in grown hair. Now after a few month that abcess turned into a complex fistula and i am going through a surgery in a few days. Dr Giti is a negligent, rude, dismissive, arrogant and unempathitic woman. I suggest that you go literally anywhere else.
We had an appointment at 1:45 but we arrived 2pm and asked the receptionist if it’s ok to continue or book for next time she said she will ask the doctor first and we waited for the response doctor jasmine call back saying it’s ok then we booked her and waited for 40 mins it’s fine for waiting but at the end the another receptionist asked us to go another doctor because doc jasmine is not well at first place while she was unwell she could have said no ,book another appointment or another doctor but she didn’t she only told s... read more
I had a disappointing experience at this medical centre. I went in to the clinic an hour before my appointment to get a blood test, thinking that was plenty of time. While I was waiting I was called in to see the doctor. I was with the doctor about 5 minutes, during that time my number was called. When I explained this to the pathologist , I was abruptly told to take another number and wait again. The interaction felt dismissive and lacked basic courtesy. Long waits can happen, but professionalism and empathy should too.
Had a blood test here at the start of last month and nobody can get me the results. Complete waste of time and negligent.
