Worse doctors office I have ever been too, the wait times are ridiculous I’m always waiting over an hour for appointments I have had booked for weeks, every doctor I have seen rushes my appointment to the point I can’t even get through what I need to say, phone appointments are basically useless they never call on time or even at all. Had a 5:30 telehealth apptx waited until 9, so called them. Was kept on hold for 30 mins and then left a message. Never received a call back nor my appointment. Ridiculously bad.
Was able to book a same day appointment on a Saturday. Only kept waiting 10min past appointment time which is pretty good for any medical centre. Dr Haider was great. And bulk billed!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but reliability in healthcare is a must. Coburg Family Centre was extremely disappointing due to severe scheduling issues: A scheduled a 1.40pm phone consultation and the doctor called at 11am while I was at work. An in person appointment was canceled with just 30 minutes notice while I was already on my way, with no follow up after leaving a message at reception.
