extremely rude and disrespectful front reception staff today. wondered if it was only my partner that faced this but its all your reviews! are you not checking your patient complaints. do better with who you have in the reception!
Worst customer service, rude staff in reception, long wait times. No appointment on time. There is one specific doctor, who can't even type a letter in English and had to come back to correct the spellings. No professionalism. Never coming back to this place.
Have had some excellent service and care here. Can depend on the doctor you see. The receptionists have always been friendly and extremely kind to my 2 young kids, providing kind words and stickers to get a smile. They have fit us in last minute and as walk ins when urgent care was needed for me or my kids. I had one bad experience with an insensitive doctor but all others have been lovely and most care very thorough.
Extremely disappointing experience at Coburg Family Medical Centre. Travelled 30 minutes at night for my son's vaccination, only to be told they didn't book the appointment despite multiple confirmations. We waited for a long time, only to be turned away without any proper checks or vaccination. They simply said they don't have Nurse to vaccinate our son. The absolute worst experience with a Dr in my entire life!!! Save yourself from a terrible experience, especially if you’re a woman. The Dr was utterly obnoxious, looked down at me with this rude, disdainful attitude when my test results were clear - but I still had unexplained symptoms. This was done in front of my husband, usually bad Drs behave if a man is present but this one didn’t even bother.
