Myself and my family do enjoy COBS and we've been regual customers for a while. The customer service and the attitude of the staff (one girl in particular) was totally unacceptable. So rude. I will stop coming to this location only because of the quality of customer service. This used to be our weekly stop. I dont need to be belittled and spoken down to

I recently purchased four chocolate croissants that I really like. I asked if they could be warmed up slightly, but I was told the microwave wouldn’t fit the box due to its size. Then I noticed that the croissants were being placed into a box that wasn’t the right size, with some of them stacked on top of each other. I didn’t like how they looked, so I politely asked if a larger box could be used to maintain their presentation, as the chocolate from one croissant was getting onto the bottom of another. This is a difficult review because I like the taste of the product but the portion quantity for their bagels and scones is never consistent. Corporate needs to assist this location to ensure their bagels are not weirdly shaped or miniature and same goes for their scones often. The bagels are the most inconsistent though especially comparing to the Oakville location I purchase the same product from often. And just in case the argument here is that the bagels are hand stretched therefore size inconsistency is normal I suggest ... read more
