On 07.11.2024 inCOBS Bread COBS,10 Manitou Dr, Kitchener, ON N2C 2N3 I bought 3 diet breads, and because they were hot they couldn't be cut. After an hour I went to COBS,245 The Boardwalk #6, Waterloo, ON N2T 0A6 asking for cuts. They refused to cut my bread, because they serve customers so arrogantly there. Do something about it!! Used to spend twice as much at this location in a month for years . Now bread loafs good if they have it . But buns and pizza shells miss shaped . Seeds on top of buns burned / browned . Pizza shells over done dry gummy spots . These are products I didn’t give a second glance to for years . Now worried about inconsistency for premium price . WHAT HAPPENED? Safeway is now champion for buns unfortunately
