I purchased a loaf of sourdough from your bakery, and to my severe disappointment, I found a piece of fabric inside the bread. Finding a foreign object like knit fabric in food is a serious hygiene issue and poses a clear health hazard.
Nothing has changed at this Cobbs bread or any other one for that fact except this morning I had the girl inside say you never say hello or anything. I didn’t hear her say hello why is it up to me and I told her manners have gone out the window in Canada nobody ever says hello nobody ever says please nobody ever says. Thank you but I get my balls busted by this young girl inside thinking that I should have to say all this shit not her that’s not the way Life works, honey
I want to give a big big shoutout to Adam and Mariah! They both are amazing. Went over and beyond to help with any questions and concerns I had, explained and knew every item on the menu like their backhand. Because of this i will always return! Give them a raise now!
Very pleasant atmosphere with absolutely beautiful customer service . Feel the warm vibes and enthusiasm of the staff , how they communicate with each other with respect as a team. Robin who’s always happy-go-lucky . Her smile, personality and attitude will always attract customers. We need more people like Robin , with her smiles and genuine personality, who will make a difference in a person’s life. Kindness and humbleness are beautiful. I strongly recommend this place . 10/10 🤩
My experience in Cobs was amazing because of customer service. Specifically the short girl with brown haired girl with the glasses. Her up beat attitude and great customer service was greatly appreciated! Definitely coming back!
