Product is always amazing. Service quality is always amazing. Service speed is not so much amazing. Signing up for rewards, going through the spiel with every single guest...that takes up valuable time. I almost walked out. This isn't the fault of any one employee but rather a bloated system enforced by management.
Extremely pleasant experience. I had only heard about COBS from someone at work. Was in the neighborhood and thought I’d stop by to grab some treats for my son’s teachers. Derek was knowledgeable, super helpful, generous and definitely proved customer service is not dead! So many businesses/employees do not take the time and care to make customers feel welcomed and comfortable but I felt nothing but warmth and positive vibes here. Will 100% be returning ASAP.
Stopped by for the first time after walking past, and was so amazed by how good everything looked! Tried a peach scone sample and it was incredibly tender and moist. John was kind, welcoming, and I look forward to coming back to try more of their baked goods. A truly delightful experience.
I just stopped in here today on a whim when I saw their sign for peach danishes and WOW were they delicious. Marisa is the sweetest and most helpful. I don't come to westport very often but when I do I'll be sure to stop in again!!
