I went to buy a Spinach and Mushroom pizza, it was so so good. The baker and front staff helped me so much to give me better suggestions on baked goods for my kids and my wife. They really loved it. Thank you Cobs bread for giving such a wonderful experience.

What a difference new ownership makes! Was greeted by friendly staff (franchisee) and was asked to sample their new bagels. Service was prompt, friendly and engaging. As I've said in previous post, if the fish stinks, it starts at from the head. Since opening 2 + years ago, service has been mediocre at best and definitely not engaging. Such as would ask if there were any promos would get blank stare. Another example of poor customer service from this location - Cobs changed from customer loyalty card to QR code some time ago... read more
