UPDATE.... The owners dare less and treat customers even worse than the girl at the counter. A response by email pretty much telling me "TOUGH POOP" is not a response. At least not a respectful one. I was hoping the owners cared about their customers and ensured something was done. NOPE. The employer, and owners are a joke. No respect from anyone involved.
