I am a long time customer of cobs terminal location. I've been going there for years and always have a wonderful experience, the customer service is always great. Until this past Monday. The lady running front of house seemed annoyed that she was there, maybe she got called into cover and she was pissed off about it idk but she was extremely unpleasant, just dead stare no greeting, no smile just miserable energy and a frown on her face, it made me not want to return to that location.
