Can't go wrong with Cobs. Always great bread.
I have been shopping at Cobs Spall location for a few years. Me and my family are always happy with both the costumer service and the products. But today it’s different. We have had apricot loaf for many times. The staff are always happy to slice it for us without any problem. But today, the staff there said no, we don’t do that and very unfriendly. That is quite interesting. Please make sure all the staff get the same standard training and practice same. If this is the new thing, please explain to your OLD customer nicely.
