I recently visited COBS Bread and tried their sourdough bread and white sesame seed bread—and both were absolutely amazing! The sourdough had that perfect crusty exterior with a soft, tangy inside that was full of flavour without being too sour. It tasted fresh and homemade, just like something from an artisan bakery.
