Customer service lacking.
I typically only get scones and bread and most of the time the are delicious, however, you can certainly tell when a different baker is there and putting out product that is sub-par. Getting very expensive. Please watch the carpet at the front door inside as I have tripped on them several times on my way out as my foot gets caught under the corner of it.
This is a bakery - not a restaurant. Bread and pastries are really good.
