Service needs some work!! This was my go-to Cobs location until very recently. During my last visit in June 2025, I had the worst customer service experience. Very condescending and arrogant response from a female associate and all because I had the nerve to ask a question that I apparently should have known the answer to. I was so taken back by her bad attitude that needless to say, I will be shopping elsewhere from now on. She should not be in a position that interacts with people AT ALL. Zero people skills!!
Horrible customer service after we spent almost $100 on food. Handed us the wrong order and proceeded to tell us it was our fault, yelled at us on the phone, and then hung up the phone on us. Extremely rude and disrespectful.
I received wrong order and when I called I was shouted by a lady and got hinged up. They don’t need a costumer so rude
I love the danish! It’s so buttery and light unlike the traditional ones
