Everyone works here is so nice. You can feel they craft their products in the best possible manner. They also involve in community services. True gem of Royal Oak.
I love this place so much, the food is just like any other cobs which is very good but the staff are awesome. Particularly Ralph, he's very kind and is awesome to talk too, he recommended be the continental rolls which have become one of my favourites, whatever Ralph is getting paid, it's not enough.
I had a coupon. I didn't realize their particular one hadn't signed up for this booklet I purchased to help out a neighbour's kid's elementary school. They honoured the coupon which I was very impressed with so I got an extra loaf of sour dough bread. I just joined their points system which will help. I will definitely come back to this location.
Always fresh! Love all of their bread and treats. We also appreciate how Cobs take care of the community by donating their surplus!
I’m only here to rate the poor customer service. It’s COBS — the bread will be as good as any other location — but if you want decent service, you’re better off driving somewhere else. If you’re in a hurry and don’t mind being treated like they’re doing you a favour, or like they’d rather you didn’t come back, then I guess this is the place to go.
