The bread slices are NOT uniform. Varying thick and thin slices when they cut a loaf. It's been like this for almost 2 years despite speaking with several staff. I do not have this issue at other locations. Please calibrate your bread slicer.
Bread slices are not uniform and vary nearly 50%. Pretty much the lowest bar a seller of bread should be able to clear. I’ve brought it up three times over about a year and a half and I’m told “the owner knows” which is not the same as fixing it. Unfortunately I’m giving up on this location.
During the summer, I can’t leave my dog alone in the car even for 2 minutes because of the hot weather. That means I often struggle to buy food for myself. One day at COBS, one of the ladies working there kindly offered to watch my puppy outside so I could go in and shop. It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture, and it honestly made my day. I’m very, very, very happy to know there are still people like her in the world. She truly deserves the best.
