Cobs Bread Bakery in Orleans is a wonderful bakery that serves amazing baking treats, bread and buns in many different varieties. There products are always fresh, delicious and tasty no matter what you buy. The service is fast, friendly and professional every visit. The prices are reasonable with good quantity.
Scones are delightful and perfect. Egg bread was good, but just a little too thick to hit five stars. But I'm judgemental when it comes to egg bread, and I have to say it's a nice place and the frontline staff are on the ball; it was a very inviting and pleasant first experience.
Bread is amazing here but a 1 today- went in at 6:30 this morning to get bread and cinnamon bun. Bread was too hot to slice , so sent me home with bread in brown bags. Got home, no plastic bags to put bread in once it cooled. Brought bread back later to ask for them to slice it- told they could not due to cross contamination. Firstly, I had done this before a little angry at this point. Thank gosh the person at the counter understands customer service- sliced me 2 new loaves- no cost.
