Asked if they could warm up a turkey and cheese croissant and was immediately told “no.” I mentioned that I’ve had them warm it up here before and was told “never.” She then asked John in the back why they couldn’t warm anything up, and he rudely responded, “Because I don’t have a functional microwave.” A broken microwave is one thing, but there was no reason for the attitude or to act like I was making it up. Terrible customer service. Won’t be coming back.

We purchased 2 bags of focassia bread tobe cut in four and used as deluxe burger buns. But they were stale and hard(ish) in spots. Not great. I suggest you get the buns you know were baked same day. Update: Cobs corporate did get back to me asking for details and refered the issue to the Ocean Park store. It looks like each store is individually owned and operated. I have not yet heard back from the store.

Had a great experience . Simran served me so nicely super friendly and welcoming. The hot cross bun was absolutely lovely, fresh, and perfectly baked. You can really tell the quality and care they put into their products. Will definitely be coming back again!
