Today,September the 3rd, I went to the marda loop cobs. My usual store.is the kensington one but sometimes I close to this one. There was 1 person ahead of me and I was waiting to be called then this white botox lipped Karen came into the store. She approached the counter and started to order. There was 2 woman attendant with a hat. And the "Karen " did even care about the others and the attendant didn't say anything that I was next or there were some people before her. Bread here is not as good as when they first opened.We buy here every week and some of the items are not as good as some other locations. For instance the raisin bread is only 3” high compared to the same item ( on the right ) we just bought at Elbow Drive Cobbs . Scones are not as fresh , etc .
Servings are definitely smaller and the cinnamon Rolls are not as good as they used to be. A lot less frosting and less cinnamon and way smaller, but there was still decent food and service.
Bought bread regularly there but with construction wasn’t able to hitch my elderly dog . Ordered the bread from door to be sliced and despite the fact I have entered before to pay with dog I was rudely and abruptly scolded that dog could not enter. No question about my dog being a service dog, no please or thank you. I told them since I can’t pay you can keep the bread. I do not feel welcome there nor will I buy there again.
