I had a really great and short interaction when I went to Cobbs on Main Street, there was this great worker there named Tanner and he helped me get my cinnamon bun with very great service! 10/10 experience I will be going back

The staff was so friendly and the scone here was so good!.
This location, in particular, must have a bad manager, as the service is nothing like other locations. Just today, I got a scone at around 8 AM. The cashier was a bit rude; she didn't say hello, thank you, or even make eye contact. Unfortunately, this isn't an isolated incident. I've had multiple similar interactions here where the staff have been dismissive. It's a consistent pattern of poor customer service that really makes me want to avoid this place, which is a shame because I usually love this chain. Oh and stop shrink... read more
