Absolutely loved my experience! The spot is incredibly hygienic , and the packaging was neat and handled with great care. The sourdough was of exceptional quality incredibly fresh, delicious, and absolutely top-notch. The customer service was excellent, friendly, professional, and straight to the point with absolutely no unnecessary fuss. I’m really impressed and can definitely see myself becoming a regular customer.
While the baked goods are wonderful, the service leaves a lot to be desired. Slow, inattentive, bordering on arrogant. For everyone’s information, a receipt is a mandatory note from merchants, according to Consumer Affairs Canada. The staff here don’t even bother to ask if you’d like one, as is customary with most places these days, preferring you walk away so they don’t have to bother.
Usually great when I went, but today I got a cinnamon bun with icing and there was a big gab in the bun and the outsides was burnt. Disappointed big time!
Very very rude employee you have working here! Wow impatient, lazy and blaming me for her not bothering to listen to my order.
