I was at COBS Bread trying to use the summer reading free scone voucher, but the employee told me that I had to have a child with me in order to use it. My daughter was with her dad and was sleeping in the car, and the employee asked me to bring her inside. There is nothing on the voucher stating that a child must be present to use it. Bad sales service. Came for my birthday cinnamon bun but sales clerk (either indian or middle eastern) said not ready. Ask me to wait with no offer of giving me a substitution. Such poor service!!!!
