I have only stepped foot in here once, and I do not regret doing so. The service was friendly, there was more than one worker despite the (seemingly) tame morning, and my scone was given to me in no time. I was also offered free samples, which shows that they are not skimpy and give you your money's worth. Prices were fair and affordable.
As a long time customer of COBB; I can say this is the rudest experience I've had with a COBB employee. When I requested a warm croissant I was met with hesitation and was told I'd have to wait 15 minutes to have it warmed. Furthermore, the chocolate Cruffin i ordered had nearly zero chocolate. Very disappointing experience.
Always super friendly service when I go in here. The girl at the counter always greets me with a smile and is very helpful. I've stopped buying bread at the grocery store just for the service
