I would give 0 start if I could. I have been a loyal customer but I was left very uncomfortable today after encountering one of the cashier. She refused to recognize my membership with cobs and straight up told me “you need to tell me your number before you make the payment! Tell me your number next time.” I’m sorry but no next time. I will never return here. This is unacceptable customer service.
I love this place. Not only do they make great bread. They give back to the community with all that isn't sold to the hungry. That's my kind of shop.
