Wasnt aware you had to sign up for rewards for your birthday cinnamon bun. Haven’t had to do this in the past. Disappointing
I give it two stars because their service is poor and dishonest. I had a $5 reward and I scanned it with my phone to have their employee check the authenticity, the employee (male) said no, I showed him the email I received and he acknowledged my reward and he had to deduct $5 from the receipt for the bread I bought. COBS Bread's bread is delicious but the service is terrible.
