Extremely disappointed with the service. We order buns from COBS Bread for our business , and this has happened multiple times now. The lady who takes our orders constantly forgets to write them down, and when we come to pick them up, they either haven't been made or haven't even been started. This isn't a small inconvenience—we run a business and rely on our orders being ready at the agreed time. I've visited this location several times in the morning and have consistently had concerns about the customer service provided by one of the morning employees, an older white woman. During my visits, she has come across as condescending and patronizing in her interactions with both customers and staff, often speaking in a passive-aggressive tone.
