everything looks delicious, customer service needs some works but everyone seems happy to serve but the baked products I think needs a lot of work. The breads don't have the right textures they are supposed to have from the exterior to the interior, pastries are a hit or miss as some seem stale but some seem fresh. I think for a speciality store all of their breads should be on point especially ones that are supposed to have a crunchy exterior and all of the pastries should feel and taste like they were just baked. Love Cobs Bread and I just wish they still had a store in Brampton...but I'll drive to get some
I visited COBS Bread for the first time after previously trying their cinnamon scone, which was amazing. When I went in, I was warmly greeted by Gabby, who was so friendly. I bought scones and other treats, and they even gave me a free sourdough loaf as a thank you for being a first-time customer. I'll definitely be returning, especially for their sourdough. Such a great experience!
