I just wanted to give a shout-out to Tina at COBS Bread — she's so nice and incredibly accommodating. She went out of her way to help me and made the whole experience really pleasant. Great customer service like that is hard to find these days. Thanks, Tina! 😊
I Order 6 Cinnamon buns online and this is what they send. (Couldn't upload pic). The next day i order lunch again, and decided order the exact same thing, and what do you no, a great big piece missing again. Why am I paying for 6 cinnamon buns and 3 of them are less then half.
Excellent customer service - always kindness and smiles from the staff - and reliably fresh, delicious bread. I buy several loaves of sourdough regularly and freeze them too eat as needed. I collect points with every purchase and redeem regularly to get $5 off. There is no seating area here so it's a grab and go location.
I love Cobbs, I’ve always had excellent service from all the Cobbs I love everything they bake, they’re a seven star, great bakery. Not today, I ordered my six buns, took a free ( delicious )sample they put out to try. As I was leaving I took a second little piece, I was severely told off for taking a second piece, “ “ You’re only allowed one piece” the young lady who served me, told me off. ( I’m 82) not that age is a factor

We drop off weekly to the ~Pidcock House ~ Recovery Centre ~Connect ~The Junction This is so appreciated from staff and clients. We personally hand out goodies to our homeless friends at the connect where we are greeted with big thank yous and lots of appreciation!!
