2026.01.25 Bought a loaf of their French baguette early evening. The baguette was already hard, not soft. Made a sandwich with the baguette late evening. I could tell it was good quality, but more difficult to bite through the baguette sandwich. The next day, the baguette was even harder. Decided to slice it in half lengthwise, soaked it in a egg, cream, milk mixture; made French toast with it to soften the baguette and easier to eat it. I’ll never buy my bread from elsewhere again! I love a light, soft but crisp texture to my bread and COBS nails it w their Italian focaccia (that I binge eat with cottage cheese or hummus) and sunflower seed sourdough (for my egg avo toasts). They also do sweet scones- the orange cranberry one is delish I like to try the free samples they often have in store. The bakery always smells so good:))

I've been here a few times and noticed that their baked goods dont taste that fresh. I bought loaf of bread today and it didn't look good. Went home and cooked , noticed that it didn't taste soft and delicious like it usually does when I buy from elsewhere. I ve noticed this before roo with different products. The staff is nice. No complaints there.
