Good items especially bagels. But it's such a weird thing, which might be a frachisor problem (issue with the system given to franchisee) or may be franchisee's issue (not following franchise discipline) that bagels, a breakfast item, isn't available until 9 a.m. even though location opens at 7 and all the focus is on getting sweet items ready first. I'd love to have their bagels in breakfast instead of mid morning snack and for that, I hope they start bagel sales max at 8 a.m. Update: I receive a standard response from COBS... read more
