Small Cobb's but well stocked. Service is friendly but not as unilaterally outgoing as some other locations. Parking can get tricky depending on the time of day / weekend. There are some loaves that seem to have a small up charge compared to some of the other locations across the city.
How can you not like the smell of fresh bread!!! This place always is so delicious. You just can't walk by and not stop in. The aroma of fresh baked goods is like crack!!;
Love Cobs but this location several times I’ve gotten incorrect product. This morning I was in and asked for Apple Cinnamon hot cross. Was given six. I looked at them and could swear I saw some raisins. So I said, I think there is raisins in these, can I have the apple cinnamon one? This person swore up and down that these were not in fact raisins but just cinnamon chunks. My mistake for not just leaving them and moving on. I live nearby and really love their bread. Most of the staff are friendly, though of course some days are better than others. However, one of the morning-noon staff members, who I often see on Thursday and Saturday around noon, is really unfriendly. When she’s at the register, I often leave feeling upset. At first, I thought maybe she was just having a bad day, but now I find myself hoping she’s not working on the days I come in. I hope this feedback helps her understand that her attitude can affect customers’ experiences.
This location is right across from my work so it’s convenient, however I will choose another location over it because some of the staff are not very friendly and come off a bit rude. The sourdough is also not as consistent for some reason I’ve noticed on a couple occasions.
