‼️I've encountered an older staff member with glasses who consistently seems annoyed and unfriendly when I visit the store. Her approach has come across as rude, and it's not just a one time thing. I've experienced this multiple times whenever she's taken my order. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Unfriendly staff can be a real turn off. Perhaps she’s suited for the behind the scenes role. Just saying! 🤷♀️
