‼️I've encountered an older staff member with glasses who consistently seems annoyed and unfriendly when I visit the store. Her approach has come across as rude, and it's not just a one time thing. I've experienced this multiple times whenever she's taken my order. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Unfriendly staff can be a real turn off. Perhaps she’s suited for the behind the scenes role. Just saying! 🤷♀️
I wanted to share feedback about an experience I had at one of your bakery locations on my birthday. I came in to redeem the birthday cinnamon bun offer through the app, however I was having technical issues logging into my account. I showed the staff member the login issue, attempted to create a new account, and also showed my ID to verify my birthday. I love the blueberry vegan custard teatime - I just wish they made a few more as they are often out of them when I go after work. The staff here are truly so happy and nice. I really appreciate the vibe. It’s a chain but it keeps the neighborhood coffee bread shop vibe.
