The best staff and amazing products. Went for an early morning walk and surprised the family with delicious treats for breakfast as they woke upon my return.
The staff was very nice and quick, and of course the bread was amazing!
the asian lady who works here is so incredibly kind - it’s always a great experience at this location. i typically go to the cobs bread location in downtown, but i will be sure to come to this location instead since the quality of the bread and service is excellent.
‼️I've encountered an older staff member with glasses who consistently seems annoyed and unfriendly when I visit the store. Her approach has come across as rude, and it's not just a one time thing. I've experienced this multiple times whenever she's taken my order. She needs to work on her customer service skills. Unfriendly staff can be a real turn off. Perhaps she’s suited for the behind the scenes role. Just saying! 🤷♀️
