3 years when we were doing the Big Kap ago I went into Stihl shop at Cobram to check out a Stihl Battery chainsaw. So impressed I bought one. Called in there Monday to see if I could get it serviced, they told me 3 weeks wait. I explained we were travelling and I couldn’t do that, so I’d take it with me and get it done at home. He said Hang on a sec, went out the back to the service guy, and said her be able to do it. Picked it up on schedule today. Cannot fault their service
Interaction was honest and very direct. Service is yet to be assessed, but they seem very professional
Just picked up my new saw and have spent the afternoon cutting fire wood. An awesome saw and awesome service, thanks Guys.
