The medical team here are first class and extremely caring.
Waiting time is ridiculous. I went in with a cast on my arm and the GP asked me what arm was broken. Was told even tho you have an appointment at 3.45pm you won’t be seen till 5.30pm. You ring up and get told you if you don’t come on time for your appointment even though the doctors are running late, that the next person in the queue will take your appointment. And some of the receptionists are quite rude. Cobram pick up your game. I have so many stories with this hospital most of them are very negative. Lucky to get 3 stars... read more
