Waiting time is ridiculous. I went in with a cast on my arm and the GP asked me what arm was broken. Was told even tho you have an appointment at 3.45pm you won’t be seen till 5.30pm. You ring up and get told you if you don’t come on time for your appointment even though the doctors are running late, that the next person in the queue will take your appointment. And some of the receptionists are quite rude. Cobram pick up your game. I have so many stories with this hospital most of them are very negative. Lucky to get 3 stars... read more

Very rude and arrogant staff. Waiting time is ridiculous they've needed 24 hours, doctor there.
October 24, 2024. I’m from out of town from Melbourne had a really bad chest infection which needed urgent attention What a fantastic place to come through. If you need urgent care cannot fault the triage nurse Leanne. She was so thorough and understanding I have had treatment from her and Doctors, ECG , blood pressure tests and the full works. Just waiting for the doctor to sign the prescription off for penicillin and steroids to help my lung infection go away , then I’m off home. I’ve given this for five stars but that’s m... read more
