Over priced second hand vans.
Bought a second hand caravan from this business. The salesman agreed to replace the roof hatch as it was faulty. I rang him several times over several weeks and he still hasn't got it. I checked eBay and saw it takes about a week to get one delivered. The roof hatch eventually arrived but was damaged. Meanwhile, the person who does the ordering has gone on vacation for 6 weeks. This is still ongoing. What a nuisance.
